I am curious to hear about how you like the Android. I use an iphone w/Runkeeper, but I am always wondering about other options. Btw, have you heard of the Barefoot Runners Society? It is a community of barefoot/minimalist runners that I think you would find you have a lot in common with. :) Visit our website at www.barefootrunners.org and see what you think. If you would like to join (currently by invitation only) drop me an email to miker(at)barefootrunners(dot)org and I’ll send you one out. Good Running!

The Android phone does awesome stuff. It is so much better than RIM BlackBerry. There is a serious issue about font size, however. Except for zoom in the browser, you can not change the font size for other apps and shortcut icons. It is very often too small for comfortable reading for people who have even slight need for reading glasses. Hopefully some future OS upgrade will remedy this. There are tons of posts on the web complaining about this issue. Try searching "android font size" - there are even some people suing Google over the lack of font sizing as a handicap accessibility issue.
